Babatunde Karunwi, ACILG
Founder/CEO
Holds a B.sc degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos and studied Banking and Finance in the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State. He is a certified personal development and creative intelligence coach from Miami University, USA. He is a world creative ambassador. He is a certified insurance practitioner from Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He has certificate in innovation management, University of Leeds, United Kingdom. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG), USA Nigeria Chapter. He is an alumnus of FATE Foundation, Lagos.
Began his professional career at Royal Exchange Assurance Plc. and has 20 years cognate experience in the financial service industry. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of D’PSR International. He oversee the operations and marketing of the firm. He sits on the board of several organisations including Voters Awareness Initiatives, DarickanDoneal Company Limited just to mention a few.
He is equally a facilitator at Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG) USA Nigeria Chapter. He is presently a mentor, facilitator and business advisory consultant at FATE Foundation, Lagos.
He is a change agent, dynamic professional, performance driven, highly motivated, result oriented and pragmatic; who wants to leave his world better than he met it.

Busayo Karunwi
Executive Director (Secretary, Communication & Training)
Holds a B.sc degree in English Art from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Post Graduate Diploma in Education from National Open University Nigeria. She studied Mass Communication at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
She has over 15 years cognate experience and began her career at Pure and Secure Water USA Limited. She later joined education industry.
She is saddled with the responsibility of secretary, communication and head of training management of the firm.
She is a facilitator, trainer, milliner. She is a member of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations and Nigeria Institute of Management. She has attended various seminars and workshops locally and internationally, adding to her leadership mettle.

Alade Ayobami
Head, Volunteering Management
A graduate of Microbiology from Osun State Polytechnic. He has over a decade cognate experience in various areas of banking including operations, foreign exchange etc.
He has a decade volunteerism experience with various organizations. He is the head of volunteering management and has attended various leadership seminars and workshops including Self Awareness Programme (SAP).
He has postgraduate diploma in Pastoral leadership from Redeemer’s International Leadership Academy.

Aliyu Abdulkareem
Head, Consultant, Information Communications Technology
Holds M. Infsc in data and information science at University of Ibadan and B.Tech degree in Information Technology. He has about a decade cognate experience in web development, SEO, social media management, data base management etc.
He is a certified Google analyst and digital marketer from Google. He is the head and consultant of Information Communication Technology of D’PSR International. He has attended various seminars and workshops, adding to his leadership qualities.

Olawale Oyetunji
Board Member
Holds a BSc degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos and M.Sc degree in Management Science at the University of Texas (USA). He equally holds Diploma in Computer Engineering. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), Fellow, Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria ( Chartered).
He is a certified creative intelligence Coach from Miami University and a member of Global League of Creative Intelligence Certified Coaches (GLCICC), Texas, USA and a global creative ambassador. He is an Alumnus of FATE Foundation, Lagos. He is an expert in personal and corporate Branding.
He is presently the head, technical operations at Nigerian National Bureau ECOWAS Brown Card Insurance Scheme with over 25 years work experience, garnered from various sectors of the economy including Insurance, Information Technology, Manufacturing and oil & Gas. He worked with Computer Power Link International Limited, OGM Oil & Gas Ltd, NICON Insurance Limited.
He is a Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Strategist. He has attended many courses both locally and internationally to boost his knowledge and performance. He sits on the board of several organisations including a Non-Governmental Organization as a Trustee. He is a member of the advisory board of D’PSR International.

Grace Benjamin
Board Member
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (management specialisation) from the University of Lagos. She is an associate member of Nigerian Institue of Mansgement and Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.
Her working career spans over 15 years experience in office management, production management and project management. She currently works with a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Before joining the NGO as programme team lead and rose to the position of production manager, she worked with an Advertising agency as the head of the telecom’s unit.
She has had trainings in publishing management, project management and supply chain management both locally and internationally.
Grace is self-motivated and result oriented. She is passionate about excellence, personal and organisational development. She is a member of the advisory board of D’PSR International.

Dauda Adekunle, Liadi
Board Member
Holds a Master of Science degree in Management and BSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. He equally holds a Higher National Diploma in Marketing at the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State.
He is a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA), and the Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA).
He is the Deputy Registrar at Anchor University, Lagos. He is a quintessential administrator with special interest in University Administration.
He has over seventeen years of experience as Administrator at the University of Lagos, Akoka and at Anchor University, a faith-based private University situated in Lagos. Mr. Liadi has an uncanny expertise in planning and an unparalleled skill in information and communication technology. He is a member of the advisory board of D’PSR International.
