Personal Development Programme (PDP)
The personal development programme is specially designed for those who are interested in developing their personal, career and professional life to be the best they can be and impact their ecosystem. It is a day programme, runs monthly. It is facilitated by highly cerebral/top notch professionals within and outside Nigeria. The programme is tailored towards various personal development courses.

Self-Awareness Programme (SAP)
The Self Awareness Programme is one of the longest personal development programme in the country. It is specially designed to assist participants in discovering who they are, their purpose, thereby enrolling themselves into the school of personal growth and development. This transforms into development in every sphere of life choices in career, businesses, life partners, friends to keep etc. in order to have all round success and fulfillment.
It is a 5 week training programme running on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week. It also has weekend classes, running for 6 Saturdays. It is facilitated by accomplished and leading professionals within and outside Nigeria; using practical curriculum that covers a wide range of personal growth and development topics.
Other programme benefits are: Mentoring, personality development, purpose discovery, talent discovery/management, career advisory, business advisory/support, temperament test and personality test.

Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP)
The Entrepreneurship DevelopmentProgramme is specially designed to train and equip employed and unemployed young people especially women to possess entrepreneurial skills to start business. This will contribute to job creation and provide employment opportunities for teeming Nigerian youths.
The programme is designed to educate, empower and teach aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. It is facilitated by accomplished and leading professional entrepreneurs with proven track records in Nigeria and globally; using practical curriculum that covers wide range of entrepreneurial topics such as business plan, financial literacy and management, business model and strategies, pricing strategies, branding etc. The organisation is seeking for partnership and collaboration with the state actors – national government, state government, local government and non-state sectors: tertiary institutions, religious institutions, private organisations, civil societies etc.

According to Jobberman Nigeria report, 2022; over 50 percent of Nigeria’s youths are estimated to be unemployed and unemployable. This has greatly contributed to the challenges of unemployment in the country. This programme is meant to solve problem of soft skills’ gap among the employed and unemployed Nigerians.
